Delivery, shipping and returns
We are based in the UK but deliver all around the world.
Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class & First Class Signed For, some larger packages may be sent by courier. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail. I also offer the option of a signed for option for worldwide.
To view shipping costs if you are not from the UK
1/ Simply add the item/s to your cart and click Checkout
2/ Scroll down and select your country of residence. Shipping Costs are then automatically updated
No need to register to check delivery costs!
Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight and price tables plus a packaging and handling fee of £1.60. All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically. You will only be charged the packaging and handling fee once per order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of you placing them. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 14 days of your order. If you do not recieve your order after this time has passed please get in touch with me.
Delivery Time Estimates
Royal Mail gives the following estimates for delivery time,
Delivery to UK in 1 to 2 working days (First class post)
Delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days
Delivery to the rest of the world in 5 to 7 working days
This is usually accurate (95% of the time), but very occasionally things can take longer.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase because it is faulty or damaged please return it to me unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund, and I will reimburse you for postage as well.
If you have changed your mind I will accept a return within 7 working days as long as you return the item/s in their original condition and you pay for the return postage. No postage costs will be refunded in this case.
If you receive any products that are not as described, you can return them in unused and original condition.
Returning an item
I cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning items to me I recommend sending the package by recorded/special delivery and insuring the package up to the value of the item(s)
If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, and I may, at my discretion charge you for return of the products, plus a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you.
